Nadia Guenette

Nadia Guenette is a 500 Hour Certified Massage Therapist. She completed her training at The Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins, CO in 2008. Nadia is trained in several massage modalities, including Swedish Relaxation, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Therapy. Each session is tailored to what you are seeking from the massage, maybe you want to melt into the table, maybe you are seeking the deeper work to encourage those tight areas to soften. Nadia will use a combination of her skills to encourage balance in your body.

Nadia is also a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor. Nadia did her Teacher Training through The Warrior Academy in Denver, CO. She completed her training in April of 2011 and has been teaching classes ever since. Nadia is specifically trained in Vinyasa Yoga. But, she also enjoys playing with Gentle, Yin, Power, Restorative and a dash of Pilates. This shines through in her classes as she enjoys being creative in sequencing. Her classes are always open to all levels. Nadia will offer variations in poses so students can go as shallow or deep as they like in their practice. Nadia became a Yoga Instructor because she loves the way yoga makes her feel physically, mentally and emotionally. She wanted to share that feeling and love of yoga with as many people as possible.

If Nadia isn’t on her mat, you can find her walking her two huskies, baking or cooking in the kitchen or enjoying time outdoors.
