Care Plans

Care plans offer you ease of mind.  WHWD takes care of maintenance of all of the software to make sure that it is up-to-date at all times.  Along with that, WHWD will email monthly reports to you regarding the health of your website.

This includes:

  • update all plugins for the site and performing security scans.
  • perform daily backups and store the backups off-site.  These backups can be restored at anytime if there is a problem with your site.

With proper maintenance, restoring a website should not be an issue, but the backup will be a good fail-safe to  get your site up and running as quickly as possible if there is ever a problem.

WHWD offers the following Care Plans to grow and maintain your website.

Support Level 3Priority Email and Phone Support with 24 hour response time
Support TasksEach task is 30 minutes or less, and includes changes to text, pictures, images. These minutes expire every month and do not roll-over to the following month
Monthly ConsultingDiscuss changes, and plan for future, other issues as needed
