Care Plans
Care plans offer you ease of mind. WHWD takes care of maintenance of all of the software to make sure that it is up-to-date at all times. Along with that, WHWD will email monthly reports to you regarding the health of your website.
This includes:
- update all plugins for the site and performing security scans.
- perform daily backups and store the backups off-site. These backups can be restored at anytime if there is a problem with your site.
With proper maintenance, restoring a website should not be an issue, but the backup will be a good fail-safe to get your site up and running as quickly as possible if there is ever a problem.
WHWD offers the following Care Plans to grow and maintain your website.
Care Plan Notes
Support Level 1 | Basic Email Support with 72 hour response time |
Support Level 2 | Priority Email Support with 24 hour response time |
Support Level 3 | Priority Email and Phone Support with 24 hour response time |
Support Tasks | Each task is 30 minutes or less, and includes changes to text, pictures, images. These minutes expire every month and do not roll-over to the following month |
Monthly Consulting | Discuss changes, and plan for future, other issues as needed |
